In-house
For whole teams usually the better format. Everyone sits at the same stack, the examples come from your repo and the rules land directly in your documentation instead of in a notebook.
On the subject of introducing this in a team you are talking to someone who leads developer teams himself and knows the side on which such a decision has to be justified.
Fixed price, no open-ended day rates. Preparation, materials and the follow-up after four weeks are included.

Within Berlin at no extra charge. Outside Berlin, travel and, if needed, one night's accommodation are added at cost. For groups over twenty people we split into two days, otherwise nobody gets to work.
Thirty minutes, non-binding. I want to know what you work with, how far you are and what specifically is annoying. From that follows whether a half or a full day is right.
I look beforehand at what you can show me: a repo, a build pipeline, a deploy path. The examples in the workshop then come from your code instead of mine. If you are not allowed to show anything, it stays with my examples.
At your place or in my room in Berlin, whichever is easier. Everyone works on their own machine. I need power, Wi-Fi and something to project onto.
You get the rule set, the templates and the state of your own files as a repository. Four weeks later there is an hour of follow-up by video on request, at no extra charge.
The three open formats are the building blocks. For in-house I mix from them what suits you. What you already know, I leave out.
The whole road: prepare the repo, draw the lines, spot misbehaviour, roll out to the team.
The solid start for teams a few weeks in who notice that it is not running smoothly.
Give the agent safe access to your data, via MCP, with approvals, an audit log and rollback.
