No data protection officer has been appointed, as the requirements under § 38 BDSG are not met.

The site runs on a server in Germany that I operate. When you visit, the web server processes technically necessary connection data: truncated IP address, time, requested address, status code, amount of data transferred, browser identifier and referring page.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in secure and trouble-free operation. The logs are deleted after seven days.

No fonts, scripts or images are loaded from third-party servers. Fonts sit on the same server as the site.

The public pages set no cookies. A single cookie is set in the internal administration area for logging in. That area is not accessible to visitors.

Whoever registers for a workshop or requests a quote submits name and email address as required fields, and company, role, number of people, level of experience and free-text entries voluntarily. I store these details in a database on the same server and use them solely to process the registration, prepare the workshop and communicate with you about it.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The processing serves pre-contractual measures and the performance of the later contract. For the voluntary details, your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR is added.

I delete registration data at the latest twelve months after the date or after the last communication, unless tax retention periods prevent this. For services actually invoiced, the commercial and tax law retention periods of up to ten years apply.

In addition I store whether you came to the registration via another site. Only the name of the referring website is stored, not the full address.

To protect the form against automated entries I use Turnstile by Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich. In doing so, IP address, browser identifier and technical characteristics of the device are transmitted to Cloudflare and evaluated there. Turnstile works without cookies and without puzzles.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in preventing abuse. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Cloudflare relies on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses for this. If you want to avoid that, simply register by email instead of via the form.

I send confirmations and further messages via the mail provider mailbox.org, Heinlein Support GmbH, Schwedter Straße 8/9b, 10119 Berlin. The provider processes sender, recipient, subject and content of the message. A data processing agreement is in place.

If audience measurement is active, I use a self-hosted installation of Umami on my own server. Umami works without cookies, stores no IP addresses in plain text and creates no cross-device profiles. It records pages visited, referring website, approximate origin at country level, and device type and browser in rough form.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR with the legitimate interest of understanding which content is read. No data is transferred to third parties.

You have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21). You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.

For all of this, an informal message to info@agents-on-prod.com is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the one responsible for me is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Language models are used in creating and maintaining this website. Personal data from registrations is not processed in the course of this and not transmitted to model providers. The administration area with the registration data is excluded from this work.
